Clarification on MAPCO' previous ownership of shares in Myanmar National Telecom Holdings Public Ltd (MNTH)

1. Myanmar Agribusiness Public Co.,Ltd. (MAPCO) used to be one of the investors of Myanmar National Telecom Holdings Public Ltd (MNTH). Presently, MAPCO is no longer a shareholding investor in MNTH. The divestment and the transfer of all the shares previously owned by MAPCO had already been done since last year and it was reported to the shareholders and partners of MAPCO in July 2020. The divestment matter is disclosed in the annual report 2020, which is also available online at www.mapco.com.mm.

 2. The Board of MAPCO decided the resolution on divestment since the beginning of 2020 and all the divestment procedures and processes have been completed in accordance with Myanmar Companies Law.
